Harold has been a legal recruiter since 1997 and
a partner in Legal Search Solutions, Inc. since
2002. Harold founded the original company Legal
Staffing Services, Inc. in 1997 after extensive
research and growth of the legal recruiting industry
in South Florida.
As one of the leaders in the Florida legal search
profession Harold has developed the largest and most
experienced legal recruiting firm in the state. He
has experience in placing legal professionals at
all levels and building relationships with both clients
and candidates over the past decade. Harold’s
goal is to maintain the most ethical hardest working
recruiting firm where we apply the same level of
professionalism to both our candidates and clients.
Harold received his Bachelor of Science degree from
Babson College where he majored in Entrepreneurial
Studies and Finance. Prior to joining the legal search
profession Harold worked in the real estate development
and the money management/hedge fund industries based
in Boston, Massachusetts.
Harold enjoys his time with his wife and new daughter
living in Boca Raton, Florida. Besides family Harold
enjoys golf, collecting wine and traveling back home
to Boston and Cape Cod.
William H. Karp, Esq., Partner

Bill Karp is a founding partner of Legal Search Solutions,
which he formed with Harold Diamond.
Mr. Karp has focused primarily on the placement of
support staff, both temporary and direct hire. Prior
to becoming a legal search consultant, Mr. Karp practiced
law for seven years, including with the commercial
litigation group at Dilworth, Paxson, Kalish & Kaufman,
LLP. Subsequently, Mr. Karp founded JJ Williams,
LLC a real estate development company specializing
in the acquisition and development of unimproved
land throughout the Southeastern United States. This
varied experience has enabled Bill to obtain an in
depth understanding of numerous areas of the law,
as well as the skills necessary to be successful
practicing in those fields.
Mr. Karp graduated cum laude from Tulane University
in 1985 and received his JD from the University of
Miami in 1988. He is a Member of the Presidents Circle
of the University of Miami and is actively involved
in numerous alumni events.
Robin L. Dubowitz, Esq., Director of Business Development

Robin Dubowitz, Esq. has been in the legal recruiting
industry for 14 years. Robin began her career with
a national recruiting company in 1994, placing
legal professionals on a temporary and direct-hire
basis. Robin relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 1997
to open up their South Florida office. She remained
the Executive Director and built a South Florida
presence through 2000. Robin joined Legal Search
Solutions in 2002 as Director of Business Development.
Although Robin’s primary focus is developing
and maintaining strong relationships with law firms
and corporate legal departments, she is also involved
with direct-hire attorney placement. Throughout
her career, Robin has emphasized the importance
of ethics, reputation, professionalism and pride
in your work. After 14 years, Robin’s enthusiasm
for assisting legal professionals find their “dream
job” and legal employers find their “dream
employees” has remained constant.
As the old saying goes – you can take the
girl out of California, but not California out of
the girl – Robin moved from one Hollywood to
another as she currently resides in Hollywood, Florida.
I guess you could say that Robin’s anthem would
be “California Dreaming!
Robin grew up in Los Angeles, California and attended
college and graduate school in Southern California.
She received her Bachelors Degree in Political Science
from San Diego State University in 1988 and her Juris
Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law
in 1992. Robin is a member of the California bar
and practiced environmental law with Atlantic Richfield
Corporation for a year prior to beginning her legal
consulting career.
Debbi F. Klarberg, Esq., Associate

Debbi Klarberg is an attorney recruiter in our Boca
Raton office. Debbi attended law school at the
University of Florida and she is admitted to practice
in Florida. Prior to joining Legal Search Solutions,
Debbi practiced family law. However, it didn’t
take her long to realize that practicing law was
not her passion. Rather, helping candidates find
their "dream jobs" and providing law
firms with their ideal associates was what she
was meant to do!
Debbi’s goal as a recruiter is to find the
best possible match for both the law firm and her
candidate. In order to accomplish this goal, she
takes the time to thoroughly understand a candidate's
desires and goals, both personal and professional.
She also spends time getting to know the law firms
and learning the culture of the firms she works with.
Building relationships gives Debbi the ability to
successfully find the best fit for the candidate
and simultaneously provide law firms with the best
possible candidates for their needs.
A native of Philadelphia, Debbi moved to Florida when
she was a young girl and grew up in Boca Raton, Florida.
She and her husband, Douglas, recently became proud
parents of their first child, a beautiful baby boy
named Isaac.
Mark Israelson, Associate
IN MEMORIAM
1953 - 2008
All
of us at Legal Search Solutions miss our friend and
co-worker Mark Israelson, who passed away suddenly
in February 2008.
Mark became a member of the Legal Search Solutions
team in 2005 as a recruiter in the direct hire division,
where his principal responsibility was managing and
directing the careers of legal support professionals
in Broward County. Through the years Mark's career
guidance and thoughtful, compassionate approach to
recruiting earned him many friends, both within the
legal support community and in the many law firms
where he made his placements. Mark will be sorely
missed by all of those whose lives he touched, most
of all, ours.
Patrick R. Farley, Associate

Patrick joined Legal Search Solutions, Inc. in May
of 2004 and has been in the legal recruiting industry
since 1998. Before coming to Legal Search, Patrick
did permanent and temporary legal recruiting in
both Washington, D.C. and New York City. His primary
focus is the temporary and temporary-to-hire placement
of Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and
all other legal support staff. Patrick is responsible
for sourcing, screening, interviewing and qualifying
legal candidates for our clients in Miami-Dade,
Broward and Palm Beach Counties, as well- as developing
and maintaining relationships with both applicants
and firms.
Patrick grew up on a farm in Southern Indiana, where
his family raised cattle, chickens and hogs. He attended
College at both Western Kentucky University and The
University of Central Florida, majoring in Communications.
While in college Patrick worked at Walt Disney World
and then went on to serve as a Korean Linguist in the
U.S. Air Force. He lived for 15 years in the Nation’s
Capital before tackling the ‘Big Apple’.
He now resides in the tropical paradise of Fort Lauderdale,
Florida.
Lilli A. Brunswick, Associate

Lilli was born and educated in London, England and
started her career as a recruiter with the largest
independent recruitment company in the U.K where
she spent five years of her career. Specializing
in accountancy, Lilli placed staff at all levels,
working with many of the Fortune 500 companies that
have operations in the U.K. As a business manager
Lilli developed and grew a successful and thriving
business in London.
Lilli's great passion is to travel, and has visited
many far reaching places such as New Zealand, Thailand
and Australia, she is now living her dream of working
in the U.S.A. Lilli has been living in Florida since
March of 2006, enjoying everything that Florida has
to offer - not to mention the warm weather!
Lilli has a passion for recruitment and thrives
on the fast paced nature of contract and temp-to-hire
recruiting desk.

Steffanie joined Legal Search Solutions, Inc. in
March of 2007 and has been in the legal recruiting
industry since 2004. Before coming to Legal
Search, Steffanie did temporary and temp
to hire recruiting for administrative professionals.
Her primary focus is the permanent placement of
Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and all other legal
support staff. Steffanie is responsible for sourcing,
screening, interviewing and qualifying legal candidates
for our clients in Palm Beach County as well as
developing and maintaining relationships with both
applicants and firms.
Steffanie grew up in the small town of South Fallsburg,
New York where she loved skiing, hiking & mountain
biking. She attended Cazenovia College majoring in
Liberal Arts. She lived in New York for 27
years before relocating to Florida. She resides in
Boca Raton, Florida.
Kristen Mack

Kristen Mack has over 14 years experience in the
recruiting industry. Beginning her career with a
staffing firm in Boca Raton as an office temp while
in college, Kristen quickly discovered that recruiting
was her true passion. Working to build relationships
with both the candidates and the clients is Kristen’s
forte and she prides herself on building strong,
long lasting partnerships. Kristen joined the Legal
Search Solutions, Inc. team in March, 2008 where
her primary focus is the direct hire placement of
paralegals, legal secretaries and all other legal
support staff in the Broward area. Kristen takes
her time getting to know the candidates and their
desires for a new opportunity while at the same time
understanding the client’s true needs. The
relationship building portion of recruiting is what
Kristen enjoys most and takes a personal interest
in truly finding the right fit for her candidates
and clients.
Kristen’s recruiting experience includes working as a recruiting assistant
in the Casting Department of Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL, and as a recruiting
manager for Office Depot. Most recently Kristen was a director with Bernard Hodes
Group, one of the top recruitment consulting organizations where she worked with
large national and local clients.
A native of Boca Raton, Kristen earned her bachelor’s
degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University
and her Master’s degree in Organizational Development
from University of Phoenix. Kristen is a member of the
Junior League of Boca Raton, is enjoying being a new
mom to her young son, Austin, and spending time with
her husband Peter, and her family

Laurie has extensive experience working in the legal
field having worked with some of the largest law
firms throughout South Florida. Laurie brings an “energy” of
recruitment along with step by step placements on
a one-one basis. Whether your firm is a solo practitioner
or one of Miami’s Top 10, there is a perfect
candidate for you.
Laurie brings her personal hands on experience and
has applied that knowledge to her placement of administrative
personnel. Laurie fully understands the needs of
the legal community as well as the specific qualifications
of each candidate.
Prior to joining the team. Laurie worked with a
national recruiting firm where she was responsible
for placing temporary and temp-hire personnel. She
focuses her “love for the law” in each
and every candidate and currently works on recruitment
of permanent personnel in Miami-Dade County.
Laurie’s home for over twenty years is Aventura,
Florida. Originally born and raised in Hightstown,
New Jersey, she received her AA from Ryder College
in Princeton, New Jersey. In her spare time, she enjoys
life in South Florida to it’s fullest extent.
