Harold has been a legal recruiter since 1997
and a partner in Legal Search Solutions, Inc. since
2002. Harold founded the original company Legal
Staffing Services, Inc. in 1997.
As one of the leaders in the Florida
legal search profession, Harold has developed the
largest and most experienced legal recruiting firm
in the state. Over the past decade, he has gained
experience in placing legal professionals at all
levels and building relationships with both clients
and candidates. Harold’s goal is to maintain
the most ethical and hardest working recruiting
firm that applies the same level of professionalism
to both candidates and clients.
Harold received his Bachelor of Science
degree from Babson College where he majored in
Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance. Prior to joining
the legal search profession, Harold was based
in Boston, Massachusetts where he worked in the
real estate development and the money management/hedge
fund industries.
Harold enjoys spending time with his wife
and two children, son Mitch and daughter Brooke,
in Boca Raton, Florida. Besides family, Harold
enjoys golf, collecting wine and traveling back
home to Boston and Cape Cod.
William H. Karp, Esq., Partner

Bill Karp is a founding partner of Legal Search
Solutions, which he formed with Harold Diamond.
Mr. Karp has focused primarily on the placement
of support staff, both temporary and direct hire.
Prior to becoming a legal search consultant, Mr.
Karp practiced law for seven years, including time
with the commercial litigation group at Dilworth,
Paxson, Kalish& Kaufman, LLP. Subsequently,
Mr. Karp founded JJ Williams, LLC a real estate
development company specializing in the acquisition
and development of unimproved land. This varied
experience has enabled Bill to obtain an in-depth
understanding of numerous areas of the law, as
well as the skills necessary to be successful practicing
in those fields.
Mr. Karp graduated cum laude from Tulane University
in 1985 and received his JD from the University
of Miami in 1988. He is a Member of the Presidents
Circle of the University of Miami and is actively
involved in numerous alumni events. Bill is a member
of 4 Bars: Florida, New Jersey, Massachusetts and
Pennsylvania.
Robin L. Dubowitz, Esq., Director of Business

Robin Dubowitz, Esq. has been in the legal
recruiting industry for 15 years. Robin began her
career with a national recruiting company in 1994,
placing legal professionals on a temporary and
direct-hire basis. Robin relocated to Fort Lauderdale
in 1997 to open up their South Florida office.
She remained the Executive Director and built a
South Florida presence through 2000.
Robin joined Legal Search Solutions
in 2002 as Director of Business Development. While
Robin’s primary focus is developing and maintaining
strong relationships with law firms and corporate
legal departments, she is also involved with direct-hire
attorney placement. After 15 years, Robin’s
enthusiasm for assisting legal professionals find
their “dream job” and legal employers
find their “dream employees” has remained
constant.
As the old saying goes –" you
can take the girl out of California, but not
California out of the girl” – Robin
moved from one Hollywood to another as she currently
resides in Hollywood, Florida. I guess you could
say that Robin’s anthem would be “California
Dreaming”!
Robin grew up in Los Angeles,
California and attended college and graduate school
in Southern California. She received her Bachelors
Degree in Political Science from San Diego State
University in 1988 and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern
University School of Law in 1992. Robin is a member
of the California bar and practiced environmental
law with Atlantic Richfield Corporation prior to
beginning her legal consulting career.
Pat McCoy, Director

Pat has been actively working in the legal
community in Miami, Florida since 1973. Pat has
worked as a legal secretary, paralegal and office
manager and founded McCoy Elite Personnel, Inc.
in January, 1982.
Pat has always stressed quality and has always
done her very best to find the perfect person to
fill every temporary assignment or direct placement,
whether that position was for an attorney, legal
secretary, paralegal or clerical assistant. She
trademarked “Only the Best” to epitomize
the quality of both clientele and candidates. Pat
has earned a reputation in the South Florida legal
community as a caring, thorough individual who
seeks to bring clients and candidates together
for mutually beneficial business relationships.
Pat is a native of Austin, Texas and has been
married to Gary since 1969. They have three children
and five grandchildren and love spending time with
family, traveling and being involved in church
activities.
Patrick R. Farley, Associate

Patrick joined Legal Search Solutions, Inc. in
May of 2004 and has been in the legal recruiting
industry since 1998. Before joining Legal Search,
Patrick did permanent and temporary legal recruiting
in both Washington, D.C. and New York City.
His primary focus is the temporary and temporary-to-hire
placement of Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries
and all other legal support staff. Patrick is responsible
for sourcing, screening, interviewing and qualifying
legal candidates for our clients in Miami-Dade,
Broward and Palm Beach Counties, as well as developing
and maintaining relationships with both applicants
and firms.
Patrick grew up on a farm in Southern Indiana,
where his family raised cattle, chickens and hogs.
He attended College at both Western Kentucky University
and The University of Central Florida, majoring
in Communications. While in college Patrick worked
at Walt Disney World and then went on to serve
as a Korean Linguist in the U.S. Air Force. He
lived for 15 years in the Nation’s Capital
before tackling the ‘Big Apple’. He
now resides in the tropical paradise of Fort Lauderdale,
Florida.
Adam Cohen

Adam Cohen, Esquire joined the team at Legal Search
Solutions in February 2010. Adam’s focus
is the permanent recruitment and placement of
paralegals, legal secretaries, and legal support
staff in Broward County. Adam is a licensed attorney
admitted to practice law in the State of New
York. Since leaving the practice of law, Adam
worked for over four years with a national recruiting
firm where he focused primarily on healthcare
professionals. Adam’s legal experience
coupled with his strong recruiting skills makes
him a valuable addition to the perm team at Legal
Search.
Adam is a native New Yorker; he earned his Bachelor's
Degree in Political Science from Tufts University
in Medford, Massachusetts, and his JD from Brooklyn
Law School. Adam lives in “paradise,” also
known as Fort Lauderdale, where he loves hanging
out at the beach, spending time on Las Olas
Blvd., trying new restaurants and enjoying time
with family and friends.
Ralph Ortiz

Ralph Ortiz is happy to join Patrick doing recruitment
and placement for temp and temp-to-hire positions
for all of South Florida.
Ralph brings with him 20 years in customer service
and sales, having spent 10 years in the travel
automation industry working in customer service
and as an SAP B2B Process Implementation Specialist;
he even had the opportunity to work in the Republic
of Panama as an International Sales Manager. Ralph
credits his success to his unique ability to cultivate
strong relationships with his customers.
Ralph grew up in South Florida and proudly considers
himself a “native.” One of his childhood
aspirations was to see the world. He has already
traveled extensively throughout Europe and Latin
America. He hopes to see Asia and Africa one day
soon.
Lilli A. Brunswick, Associate

Lilli was born and educated in London, England
and spent the first five years of her career
as a recruiter with the largest independent recruitment
company in the UK. Specializing in accounting,
Lilli placed staff at all levels, working with
many of the Fortune 500 companies that have operations
in the UK. As a business manager, Lilli developed
and grew a successful and thriving business.
Lilli has worked for Legal Search Solution since
2006 and enjoys the fast paced nature of contract
and temp to hire recruiting. She believes that
there is no better interview than working as a
Temp and candidates enjoy obtaining permanent work
through this method. Clients trust that Lilli will
make the right (and quick) decision on their behalf,
saving them precious time.
Lilli's great passion is to travel and has visited
countries in Europe, Australasia, and Africa. She
enjoys everything that life in Florida has to offer
and can be found most weekends cycling up A1A with
her husband Paul.
Sherry Zabriskie, Associate

Sherry joined Legal Search Solutions in February,
2009, and has been a legal staffing professional
since 2002. Sherry’s primary role at Legal
Search Solutions is in the permanent placement
of support staff for law firms and corporate legal
departments for Palm Beach and Martin County.
Sherry consults & assists candidates
by sharing her knowledge of available opportunities.
Because of her strong relationships with her clients,
Sherry is able to match the best candidates with
the right firm.
Sherry grew up in New Rochelle, New York and has
a B.S. from Syracuse University. She also received
a Paralegal Degree from Mercy College. Prior
to becoming a legal recruiter, Sherry worked for
many years as a paralegal gaining valuable insight
into the workings of law firms.
Sherry is a member in good standing of the Paralegal
Association of Florida of both Palm Beach and Boca
Raton Chapters. She is also Vice-President
of her Homeowners Association. Sherry has a great
love for theater, fashion and is involved in many
charitable organizations in Palm Beach County where
she resides.
Kristen Mack

Kristen Mack has over 14 years experience in the
recruiting industry. Beginning her career with
a staffing firm in Boca Raton as an office temp
while in college, Kristen quickly discovered
that recruiting was her true passion. Working
to build relationships with both the candidates
and the clients is Kristen’s forte and
she prides herself on building strong, long lasting
partnerships.
An HR professional, Kristen’s recruiting
experience includes working as a recruiting assistant
in the Casting Department of Walt Disney World
in Orlando, FL, and as a recruiting manager for
Office Depot. Most recently Kristen was a director
with Bernard Hodes Group, one of the top recruitment
consulting organizations where she worked with
large national and local clients.
Kristen joined the Legal Search Solutions, Inc.
team in March, 2008 where her primary focus is
the direct hire placement of paralegals, legal
secretaries and all other legal support staff in
the Broward area. Kristen takes her time getting
to know the candidates and their desires for a
new opportunity while at the same time understanding
the client’s true needs.
A native of Boca Raton, Kristen earned her bachelor’s
degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic
University and her Master’s degree in Organizational
Development from University of Phoenix. Kristen
is a member of the Junior League of Boca Raton,
is enjoying being a new mom to her young son, Austin,
and spending time with her husband Peter, and her
family.
